All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique, delicate, and heavy nature of our curated vintage ceramics, art glass, hand-crocheted textiles, and home decor items, all sales on Salvsy.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.

Vintage Condition & Item Descriptions

• All products listed on Salvsy.com are authentic vintage, collectible, or pre-owned goods.
• Vintage items inherently show minor signs of age, wear, or character.
• We provide detailed photographs, clear measurements, and accurate condition notes for every item. Please review all listing descriptions and images carefully prior to purchase.

Items Damaged in Transit

We take extreme care in packaging heavy and fragile glass and ceramic pieces to ensure safe arrival. If your package arrives damaged due to carrier handling, you must contact us within 48 hours of carrier delivery timestamp by following these steps:

1. Email patricia@salvsy.com with your Order Number in the subject line.
2. Provide clear photos of:
   • The damaged item showing the broken area.
   • The inner packaging materials used.
   • The exterior of the shipping box with the carrier shipping label visible.
3. Retain all original box and packaging materials until the damage claim review is completed.

Approved shipping damage claims will be issued a replacement (if applicable), shop credit, or refund via the original payment method upon verification with the shipping carrier.

Undeliverable Packages & Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the buyer is responsible for all re-shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
